Refund Policy

We want every participant in Scale With Sandeep to be set up for success. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our paid programs.

1. Paid programs

Because our programs deliver immediate access to proprietary frameworks, recorded sessions, templates, and live coaching, all payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Duplicate or accidental payments

If you have been charged twice for the same program, or made a payment in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to scalexsandeep@gmail.com from the email you used at the time of purchase, with:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • The program you purchased
  • Date and proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)
  • The reason for your refund request

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Strategy calls

Free strategy calls and discovery calls are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is involved.
